This secondment assignment offers professionals the opportunity to find temporary stability, partly due to upcoming legislation. You will have the chance to apply your expertise in various workplaces and across different sectors. It is a versatile and dynamic role where you will work both preventively and curatively.
What you do
- Perform medical examinations, including periodic check-ups, health screenings, and specific job-related examinations.
- Assess sick leave and advise on return to work, reintegration, and prevention.
- Advise employers on working conditions and the prevention of work-related health complaints.
- Guide employees regarding their health and work capacity, and ensure clear reports and documentation.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to promote health and safety in the workplace.
- Work for various clients and quickly adapt to the specific needs of the workplace.
Profile
- Completed medical degree and registration as an Occupational Physician (Physician in Work and Health).
- Experience as an Occupational Physician is desired, but motivated doctors wishing to specialize in occupational medicine are also invited to apply.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate at all levels, with both employees and employers.
- Flexible, independent, and solution-oriented in a dynamic work environment.
