This assignment is for a coach who achieves results and gets things moving. You will work with entrepreneurs who already have a business and generate revenue but are stuck at a certain level. Your role is to provide them with a clear method and ensure it is executed.
What you do
- Parallel follow-up of 15 to 20 entrepreneurs
- 1 x 45-minute call per week per entrepreneur, supplemented with WhatsApp follow-up
- Progressive ramp-up of the number of entrepreneurs to follow
- At each session: you analyze bottlenecks, identify obstacles, challenge, and set priorities. The following week, you verify execution.
