As a Planner at a personnel management service provider, you are a central pivot in the operation. You ensure optimal staffing for a logistics client through capacity planning.
With hundreds of thousands of shipments processed daily, you always look ahead to manage busy and quiet periods. You manage the flexible pool, guide the inflow, throughput, and outflow of talents, and, together with an experienced Planner, monitor turnover and labor law compliance. Processes run from early morning to late evening.

- Managing the flexible pool and serving as the first point of contact for team leaders and talents

Additionally, you will be on-site one to two days a week in the region to observe the operation and your talents in action. There is also the flexibility to work one day from home.
