Lecturer Business Administration

As a lecturer in a Business Administration program, you are broadly deployable within a unit structure. You are not only a lecturer but also a coach and mentor for students in their learning and graduation trajectories. Within a small team, you contribute to a small-scale, personal learning environment and help students achieve their best. The program trains socially engaged professionals who contribute to a just society.

Much attention is paid to current and practice-oriented education, in close connection with research and the professional field. The program is known for its strong regional embedding and close collaboration with the business community. Together with expertise centers and regional companies and organizations, innovative education is developed that aligns with practice.

What you will do.

• Guide a class as a coach
• Teach various subjects, including Business Economics and Process Management
• Develop education, both pedagogically and didactically, in regular education and in minors
• Teach and supervise in project management and a Business Administration Action Lab
• Supervise student graduation projects
• Collaborate in all academic years (1 to 4) within the unit structure
• Design digitally proficient education and use technology to support learning

• A completed master's degree in a related field
• Basic Didactic Qualification (BDB)
• BKE for graduation supervision
• Several years of relevant work experience in the (international) business community
• A demonstrable, relevant network within the business economics domain
