As an HR Consultant, you will work in-house at a leading client. You will be the first point of contact for flexible employees, ensuring they feel heard, helped, and welcome.
- At the same time, you will be responsible for recruiting new Warehouse Employees and Packers.
- The role combines recruitment, guidance, and administration.
What you will do.
- Start the day with a meeting to discuss ongoing matters.
- Assist flexible employees with questions about their work, contract, or planning.
- Conduct interviews with candidates interested in a position with the client.
- Evaluate applications and schedule intake interviews.
- Ensure new employees are well-prepared for their first day of work.
- Manage contracts and process hours.
- Maintain contact with managers.
Profile
- Enjoys working with people and is energized by guiding and supporting employees.
- Maintains an overview and easily switches between different tasks.
- Knows how to address both employees and managers in a pleasant manner.
- Proactive, strong communicator, and accurate work attitude.
What they ask
- MBO+ or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Experience with administrative tasks.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with employee guidance or customer contact.
- Possession of a personal car.
- Willingness to travel weekly to a second location (travel time is within working hours).
