What you do
As a Recruiter, you will be involved in the entire process, from identifying consultants and needs to following up on opportunities. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Identify and approach specialized finance consultants
- Conduct initial discussions and qualify their background, skills, availability
- Develop new relationships with companies and identify their needs
- Understand the context, challenges, and specific criteria for each assignment
- Identify and present the most relevant profiles
- Ensure professional and regular follow-up with consultants and companies
- Rigorously track various opportunities and actions taken
Profile
We are primarily looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building a relationship of trust with their contacts and representing the organization professionally. You are autonomous, organized, proactive, and comfortable both in making initial contact and in developing long-term professional relationships.
A first experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development is an asset, but we are also open to junior profiles and recent graduates wishing to start their career in recruitment and gain initial experience in this environment.
