You manage and optimize framework agreements for facility services, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The role contributes to uniform, qualitative, and cost-efficient service delivery.
What you will do.
- You coordinate and manage national and local framework agreements (cleaning, building maintenance, catering, etc.).
- You evaluate, optimize, and renew contracts.
- You maintain supplier relationships and are a key figure in negotiations, in collaboration with procurement and the legal department.
- You monitor and analyze costs and performance.
- You provide reports and advice to management.
- You oversee compliance with legislation during activities.
- You support local facility coordinators.
Profile
- You hold a master's degree or an equivalent level through experience.
- You are fluent in both national languages.
- You have experience with facility management and SAP modules.
- You have proven experience in negotiations and contract management.
- You have a very good knowledge of public procurement.
- You are customer-oriented, analytical, innovative, and decisive.
- You are a team player.
