Rough construction teacher

• Teach trainees insights and skills regarding underground works (earthworks, foundations, sewerage).
• Teach trainees insights and skills regarding rough construction (building techniques, building materials, plan reading).
• Teach trainees insights and skills regarding masonry execution.
• Teach trainees insights and skills regarding sustainable building.
• Teach trainees insights and skills regarding execution file and organization.
• Make lessons interactive and varied, so that participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and can apply them in practice.
• Develop teaching materials (hand-outs, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available teaching materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
• Stimulate entrepreneurship and professional behavior among the target group, in preparation for the labor market.
• Coach trainees throughout the training to help them achieve their goals.
• You will be deployed in a training program focused on construction techniques.

• Expertise and passion in rough construction works (masonry and concrete works).
• An open learning attitude and empathy for people at different stages of the learning process.
• Experience with teaching or speaking in front of a group is a plus (a pedagogical diploma is not a requirement).

• Lessons take place in the evening.
