You will coordinate the transport of technical equipment to a location outside Europe.

What you do
- Coordinate the transport of technical equipment to a location outside Europe.
- Arrange shipments and follow their progress through the different transport stages.
- Prepare and check the required transport and customs paperwork.
- Ensure all equipment is correctly identified and labelled before shipment.
- Guide the shipment through customs and follow up when information or documentation is missing.
- Keep overview lists and back-office documentation accurate and up to date.
- Visit another location when on-site coordination is required.

- Previous experience with maritime project support, technical coordination, or equipment logistics.
- Familiarity with international transport, customs procedures, and shipment documentation.
- The ability to keep paperwork, equipment information, and deadlines organized.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience with rock-dumping vessels, dredgers, or technically complex ships is required.
