Marketer

An organization specializing in roof and facade renovations is looking for an experienced digital marketer & content creator to independently manage and execute digital marketing. This is a hands-on profile that combines content, design, social media, Google Ads, funnels, and AI. They are looking for someone with sufficient strategic insight to determine what needs to be done, but who is primarily strong in executing and delivering it themselves.

What you will do.

• Independently manage the operational follow-up of digital marketing
• Monitor what needs to be done, plan it, and ensure actions are executed effectively and on time
• Manage channels on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Implement a practical content plan
• Conceive, create, edit, schedule, and publish social media content
• Create visuals, carousels, photos, videos, reels, and other content formats
• Actively distribute existing blogs via various channels
• Rework blogs and other existing content into social posts, visuals, videos, and other formats
• Translate projects and realizations into strong before-and-after content, cases
• Align content with the channel, target audience, and phase of the customer journey
• Follow up on reactions and interactions on channels
• Analyze results and adjust content and campaigns based on performance
• Organize video reviews and testimonials
• Manage Google advertisements
• Funnel management according to the see-think-do-care principle
• Ensure sufficient quality photo and video material is available
• Create images on-site when more specific visuals are needed

• Demonstrable experience with hands-on digital marketing
• Independent management of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Ability to independently create and execute a content plan
• Strong visual and creative skills
• Ability to independently create professional designs and visuals
• Ability to professionally take, edit, and retouch photos
• Ability to independently record and professionally edit videos and reels
• Ability to work with subtitles, graphic elements, animations, motion graphics
• Ability to produce quality photo and video content with relatively simple equipment
• Sufficient insight into photography and video to give clear instructions to others
• Understanding the importance of good image, good lighting, and excellent sound
• Ability to record customer reviews and testimonials in a natural and professional manner
• Ability to create different content pieces for multiple channels from one recording, blog
• Strong in Google Ads and able to independently set up, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns
• Understanding of performance marketing and ability to drive measurable results and quality leads
• Well-versed in marketing funnels and See – Think – Do – Care
• Understanding how different marketing channels and touchpoints reinforce each other within the customer journey
• Ability to smartly reuse and distribute existing content
• Write fluent and error-free Dutch
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Altwise, ChatGPT / Gemini, Lovable, or similar tools
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, CapCut, design and image editing tools
• Experience with current AI tools for research, content creation, image, video, analysis and automation
