The Coordinator for Realization and Implementation Capacity aims to achieve more implementation and realization capacity within a department of a public organization. This should contribute to accelerating housing construction, increasing control, and adapting working methods. It concerns a temporary, results-oriented role in which the coordinator provides direction, helps remove obstacles, and organizes collaboration.
The coordinator works on behalf of the corporate director and advises and guides the team leaders. There is an important connection with the Organizational Change Driver, who focuses on broader organizational development.

- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable work experience within complex organizations in a strategic, change management, program, and/or coordinator role
- Demonstrable work experience with organizational development and change management assignments
- Demonstrable work experience with increasing realization and/or implementation capacity within an organization
- Demonstrable work experience with advising and guiding management and supervisors within change assignments
- Demonstrable work experience with working within a political-administrative environment
Preferences.
