Lead end-to-end change implementations from preparation through to aftercare for complex digitalization projects within an organization.
- Support multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives to ensure cohesive change management.
What you do
- Develop comprehensive change action plans including communications, events, training programs, and impact measurements.
- Align diverse stakeholders within complex environments to ensure buy-in and smooth transitions.
- Facilitate workshops and guide ambassador or SPOC networks to foster engagement and adoption.
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience as a Change Manager without concurrent roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting change across multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.
- Proven track record in end-to-end change implementation for complex digitalization programs.
- Practical knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR, McKinsey, Kotter, or 7S.
- Capacity to deliver a detailed change action plan and case studies covering communications and training.
- Proactive and empathetic with strong facilitation and listening skills.
- Fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves.
- Experience managing change for large-scale populations of over 1000 employees.
- Proficiency in Prosci ADKAR.
- Experience with Prince2, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
