Housing Policy Advisor

• Presenting the new housing ordinance to the college and council, and having the detailed rules established by the college.
• Onboarding a new college and informing or answering council questions about the housing ordinance or the detailed rules.
• Making performance agreements with housing corporations, with attention to the allocation of elderly housing in care complexes.
• Answering questions from residents and colleagues.
• Representing the organization in consultations within a regional collaboration on the housing policy field.

Preferences.

• More than 3 years of experience as a housing advisor at a government organization within the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of the regional and local housing ordinance and housing allocation systems.
• Experience in making performance agreements.
• Experience in representing a government organization in regional consultations on the housing policy field.
• The candidate is able to work independently, with little guidance, in a complex environment.
