You will work as an expert based.
- The work will be carried out either at the company's premises or on-site at a customer's premises.
- In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the organization's Development team, which will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team, both on-site and off-site.
What you do
- Design a solution.
- Evaluate business context, drivers, and expected outcomes.
- Elicit, validate, and document business requirements.
- Analyze and model business processes and workflows.
- Identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Produce business and functional specifications.
- Follow the implementation of a solution.
- Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis activities.
What they ask
- At least 3 years of studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 9 years post-secondary professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 years working as a business analyst.
- Working experience in an agile/scrum environment.
- Experience in UML/BPMN & Jira.
- At least one of the following certifications would be required:
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)
- Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Excellent command of the English language.
