- Responsible for the municipal approach to making the existing private housing stock more sustainable.
- Support homeowners in heating the built environment in a sustainable way.
- Driver of the local insulation program (part of the National Insulation Program), focusing on households needing extra support and owners of poorly insulated homes.
What you will do.
- Prepare and guide new tenders within the Insulation Approach.
- Annual financial accountability, evaluation, and safeguarding of results.
- Responsible for communication.
- Guide activities aimed at stimulating post-insulation of homes in the built environment.
- Set up and execute projects for specific target groups, including private landlords, homeowners' associations (VvE's), and monument owners.
- Prepare administrative decision-making where necessary.
- Devise and coordinate accessible support trajectories and communication and awareness campaigns.
- Manage the project budget.
- Monitor planning.
- Account for progress and expenditure of available budgets.
- Ensure financial and substantive accountability for available national funds.
- Advise management and administration on progress, developments, and choices within the Insulation Approach.
- Work closely with internal colleagues (housing, social domain, communication, finance) and external partners such as the energy desk, housing corporations, and market parties.

- Responsible for setting up, executing, and monitoring the local Insulation Approach from A to Z.

- Minimum of a completed HBO bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a sustainability project manager at a government organization.

- Completed HBO bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or environmental field.
- Experience working on projects focused on heat transition or insulation approach.
