For a team involved in Realtime Operational Video (ROV) and its associated applications. You will be the connecting link between the users of these applications and the DevOps teams. You are responsible for their setup and functional management. You are directly involved in the operations of a government organization and support applications used by a large group of professionals.
What you do
- Support users and implement automated information systems to support and optimize work processes within the organization.
- Handle incidents and standard requests quickly and adequately.
- Manage user documentation.
- Actively participate in functional acceptance tests and ensure reliable data collection.
- Advise colleagues on the use of applications.
- Convey complex technical information in an understandable way.

What they ask
- MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably an MBO 4 diploma in Functional Management, Information Management, ICT and business, or a similar field.
- Minimum of two years of experience with functional management or information management in a large-scale and sometimes complex environment.
- Broad knowledge of ICT solutions in general.
- Up-to-date ICT knowledge through additional training in testing (TMAP, ISTQB), data management, business intelligence, or service management (BISL).
- Broad conceptual knowledge of ICT solutions in general.
- Experience with and knowledge of business processes.
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile working.
- Preferably, knowledge of the Lean philosophy at Yellow Belt level, or the willingness to follow training for this.
