- You have a care diploma at MBO 4 level (equivalent).
- You are flexibly deployable (weekends, irregular shifts, wake or sleep shifts).
- You have experience with the target group of people with severe multiple disabilities (EMB).
- You are proficient in Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
