Social development advisor youth & education focus area
You fulfill a linking function between society, social organizations, policy, and implementation. You work closely within Zeeland-wide partnerships. As part of a team, you are responsible for the policy areas of education and youth policy and serve as a point of contact for a regional partnership for youth care, primary and secondary education, pre-school and early childhood education, student transport, childcare, and adult education.
In your role, you facilitate the Wmo and Youth Access team in the optimal implementation of the Youth Act and the Wmo and in the development of the Robust Local Team (SLT). The starting point here is (the interest of) the resident. You look beyond your own file and approach matters integrally. You seek connection with other policy areas and monitor coherence, with the prevention plan being the common denominator in the department.
The activities are an integral part of regular business operations and are performed within the existing organizational structure. The employee is part of the team, participates in internal meetings, and works under the daily guidance of the responsible manager. Priorities, activities, and desired results are determined by the organization.
Due to the importance of continuity, knowledge retention, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, this is a structural role within the team that requires full integration into the organization.
