This division offers specialized psychiatric care to people with complex psychiatric problems. The focus is on high-quality, innovative, and recovery-oriented care. What you do
- Active as a lead practitioner within a multidisciplinary team of 1 or 2 departments
- Brings experience from daily practice into the development and quality of care
- Contribute to diagnostics, treatment, casuistry, and treatment policy
- Monitor and improve the quality and content of client care
- Further develop treatment offerings, collaboration, and care processes
- Create a positive work and training environment
- Connect and guide professionals
- Collaborate with fellow managers, management, and chain partners
Profile
You are a content-strong professional who takes responsibility, knows how to connect people, and prefers to stay close to treatment practice.
- BIG-registered and deployable as a lead practitioner (psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, GZ psychologist, or specialized nurse)
- Preferably experience in or affinity with a leadership or coordinating role
- Strong communication skills
- Able to collaborate well, reflect, and motivate professionals
- A positive VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is required
- Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the procedure
Practical
- A meaningful and varied role where treatment and content leadership come together
- Good secondary employment conditions in accordance with the GGZ collective labor agreement
