The organization is spread across more than 200 locations. Collaboration between clients, their personal network, and the professional is central. Together, steps are taken towards a valuable coexistence. An Expertise Center is a safe place where, together with parents, questions regarding their child's development and/or behavior are addressed.
Due to developmental issues, developmental delays, or intellectual disabilities, a child sometimes requires research and specific guidance and/or treatment. At an Expertise Center, a child can receive, for example, research and treatment, specialized day treatment, day care, and overnight stays. The Expertise Center is a small-scale location where an average of eight to ten children are guided and treated.
Due to developmental delays and severe multiple disabilities, a child cannot always participate in regular childcare or education. Each child has a unique care need, which the organization addresses with its knowledge, expertise, and skills. Parents bring and pick up their child themselves, maintaining close contact with the organization. This ensures a warm handover and enables the organization to quickly respond to questions, developments, or challenges in the child's care and development.
At the Expertise Center, the day starts collectively with the present colleagues. During this daily briefing, specific details are discussed, and the care and guidance for the day are coordinated. Depending on the group, development-oriented activities and treatments focused on communication, movement, play, and music are offered throughout the day. - Possess a relevant diploma at a minimum of MBO level 3, such as a social care worker.
- Work experience in a similar role.

Practical
- A gross monthly salary of a minimum of € 2373 and a maximum of € 3385 according to FWG 30 of the Collective Labor Agreement for Disabled Care.
