As a site manager, you are the driving force on the construction site. You lead the project team and ensure that road construction projects are realized safely, on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. Together with your team, subcontractors, and suppliers, you contribute to a livable and easily accessible infrastructure in the Southern Netherlands.
What you will do.
- Lead and coach your team on the construction site
- Prepare and monitor project, material, and personnel planning
- Actively maintain contacts with clients, colleagues, suppliers
- Monitor project progress, quality, and financial results
- Continuously monitor and improve safety on the construction site
- Identify opportunities and bottlenecks and respond proactively to them
Profile
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience with road construction projects ranging from €3 to €10 million
- Educational background (MBO) in civil engineering/infrastructure/GWW
- Extensive experience with road construction projects
- Knowledge of contract forms such as RAW, UAV-(gc)
- Pragmatic approach and problem-solving ability
- A true leader, able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to motivate teams
- Flexibility, decisiveness, and a positive attitude
- Ensuring safety and efficiency on the project
