BRP Specialist

As a BRP Specialist, you play an important role within a government organization. You help colleagues, tackle more complex issues, and contribute to the quality of the work. You will replace a sick employee and will be given the space to fully utilize your knowledge and experience. You independently take responsibility for complex BRP activities and translate legal issues into carefully substantiated decisions. You are an important substantive force within the Public Affairs team.

What you will do.

• Independently handle complex BRP issues, including initial registrations from abroad, resettlements, and the assessment and processing of foreign source documents.
• Assess situations where laws and regulations, facts, and documents require careful consideration.
• Conduct additional research where necessary and arrive at legally well-founded decisions.
• Be responsible for the correct and timely handling of specialized BRP mutations, applications, and message traffic.
• Monitor the quality and reliability of the BRP, identify inaccuracies, and ensure they are carefully investigated and corrected.
• Handle requests for protocolization overviews from the BRP and GBA-V and ensure correct application of applicable privacy rules.
• Actively contribute to the BRP self-evaluation and think along about improving the quality and legality of our work processes.
• Serve as a substantive point of contact for colleagues, share specialized knowledge, and help them solve complex issues.

• Minimum possession of the first two learning lines of the NVVB.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as a BRP Specialist within a government organization.
• Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.
