Physiotherapist

You work on an independent basis, according to convention rates.

• You perform specialized physiotherapeutic treatments on medical prescription, focusing on motor development and rehabilitation.
• You provide tailored care for a diversity of individuals with various psychiatric vulnerabilities.
• You are active in a psychiatric nursing home and in various departments of a psychiatric hospital (across multiple locations), including HIC crisis care, psychosis care, addiction care, psychogeriatrics, child and adolescent psychiatry, dual diagnosis intellectual disability.
• You coordinate well with other (internal) healthcare professionals to achieve quality care together.
• Physiotherapeutic treatments take place in the central therapy room or on-site in the various departments.
• You provide information, sensitize clients, and motivate them to actively participate.
• You correctly perform administrative tasks related to the provided physiotherapeutic treatments (e.g., patient data management, EMR entry, feedback and reporting, tariff follow-up).

What they ask

• You have obtained a diploma in physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences.
• You have a RIZIV number and a valid visa.
• You have an interest in and affinity for working with individuals with psychiatric vulnerabilities.
• Experience is a plus.
• You enjoy working independently and are good at planning and organization.
• You are flexible and collaborate smoothly with other healthcare professionals.
• You are committed to continuous training in physiotherapy and are interested in further education on various psychiatric issues.
