Installation Technology Teacher

• Alternate theory with practical assignments in lessons, allowing students to immediately try out what they have learned.
• Devise creative teaching methods, adapted to the learning needs of students.
• Ensure a pleasant atmosphere and stimulate interaction in the classroom.
• Participate in discussions about educational development to align education with the demands of the business community.
• Guide students in their study career and support them during internships (vocational practical training).
• Maintain contact with training companies and partners.

• An hbo diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as installation technology.
• Or a vocational mbo diploma level 3 or 4 with demonstrable hbo level.
• Preferably a second-degree teacher diploma or a pedagogical didactic certificate for mbo. A training trajectory is possible through the organization.
• A confident attitude in front of the class, combined with openness within the team.
• The ability to structure and respond to unexpected situations in the classroom or opportunities in the field.
• The motivation to collaborate well with colleagues and to build and maintain a network of important contacts within the industry.
