A hotel management platform, with a portfolio of hotels in France and Belgium, is developing a new, elegant and soothing wellness area in one of its establishments. To support this launch, a collaboration is sought with a passionate, smiling, and autonomous spa practitioner.
What you do
- Perform body and facial treatments in compliance with protocols and quality standards
- Welcome each client with attention and kindness, and create a personalized experience
- Advise clients on the most suitable treatments and products for their needs
- Contribute to customer loyalty through your sense of service and listening skills
- Ensure the cleanliness, harmony, and atmosphere of the cabins and the wellness area
- Participate in revenue development through the sale of treatments and products
- Use the reservation software
Profile
- Diploma in aesthetics or wellness massage (CAP, BP or equivalent)
- Autonomous, organized
- Sense of contact, gentleness, discretion, and neat presentation
- Real sense of service and detail
- Comfortable with a demanding clientele
- Proficiency in English is appreciated
- Comfortable with IT tools
