- Contribute to solutions for traffic issues, test plans against laws and regulations, and consult with project teams, colleagues, and residents.
- Translate complex issues into clear advice and practical solutions.
- Work on projects such as traffic circulation in a neighborhood, urban redesign projects (e.g., in combination with major maintenance or infrastructure construction), and possibly updating built-up area boundaries.
- Be substantively involved in traffic engineering issues, ensuring good work distribution and clear priorities.
- Identify necessary expertise and bring the right people together.
- Lead the tactical mobility team, which translates mobility policy into concrete solutions in public spaces.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various fields (urban planning, management, project management, design) and involve stakeholders (residents) in plans.
