Coach, practical trainer, and production manager within the work department of a correctional facility.
- Guides detainees during their activities in a production environment.
- Teaches them how to operate machines, tools, and work processes.
- Supports detainees in obtaining practice-oriented certificates and diplomas up to MBO 3 level.
- Combines technical knowledge and production experience with strong social skills.
- Helps detainees gain work experience, develop employee skills, and take steps towards a successful return to society.
- Manages detainees daily within the production departments.
- Creates a safe, structured work environment where detainees can work on their development and where production orders proceed according to planning and quality requirements.

Practical
- Onboarding period by an experienced colleague.
- Follow a generic training and two function-specific training courses (total of 8 weeks, full-time availability during training weeks, during working hours and at the organization's expense).
- The application procedure includes an online home test (capacity test and questionnaires), followed by a selection day if the outcome is positive. The selection day consists of two interviews (with a selection psychologist and supervisors), a check of the capacity test, and a physical aptitude test.
- After successfully completing all selection components, a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) will be requested, and a medical examination will follow.
