A government organization is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing SAP CRM and SD functionalities within a complex enterprise environment that is transitioning to a new CRM landscape.
What you do
- Develop and manage SAP CRM and SD functionalities.
- Translate user requirements into technical and workable solutions.
- Align architecture-related design choices with architects and stakeholders.
- Participate in Scrum sessions and collaborate with Product Owners and users.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the user organization.
- Modify and extend application code and associated unit tests.
- Perform impact analyses and contribute to planning sessions.
- Apply and maintain development standards and guidelines.
Profile
- Demonstrable HBO or academic level of work and thinking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CRM.
- Demonstrable experience with SAP ABAP within SAP CRM environments.
- Experience with ABAP OO, Webclient, BOL/GenIL, Smartforms, Interfaces, and Proxies.
- Experience with CRM Sales and Service processes, Action Framework, and Interaction Center.
- Experience with successful collaboration within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Demonstrable experience with successfully completing complex assignments.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
Practical
- You will work within a government organization responsible for important registrations and information provision.
- You will be part of an Agile team responsible for the continuity and further development of the CRM landscape.
- The organization is currently transitioning to a new CRM platform, creating a dynamic environment with many technical and organizational challenges.
