Finance Manager

For an international group active in a production-oriented sector, we are looking for a financial expert. The organization has built up years of expertise and combines a professional and innovative work culture with a strong focus on quality and technical excellence. You report directly to the CFO and are their right-hand in the financial operations of the group.

What you will do.

• Oversee the entire general accounting function, including accounting systems, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Belgian GAAP.
• Coordinate the statutory reporting process, including data validation, audit coordination, and timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies.
• Manage the group consolidation process, including data collection from subsidiaries, elimination of intercompany transactions, and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Analyze the group's financial performance through KPI reports and performance analyses, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
