What you will do.

  • Guide company acquisitions or reorganizations.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Manager, or HR Project Leader in organizational development, possibly with a specialization in L&D or C&B.
  • Understanding of how organizations work and how to make an impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: identifying opportunities, building connections, and anticipating an organization's needs.
  • Openness to new insights and ways of working.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to diverse corporate cultures and work environments.
  • Energy and drive, eager to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Seeking personal development and connection with a professional community.
