• You make lessons interactive and varied, so that participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and can apply them in practice.
• You use relevant (digital) working methods to improve the learning experience and create engagement.
• You develop teaching materials (handouts, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
• The target group consists of future motorcycle and moped mechanics.
• The course content will be discussed during the selection process.

• Expertise and passion for motorcycles and mopeds.
• An open learning attitude and empathy for people at different stages of the learning process.
• A pedagogical diploma is NOT a must; some experience with teaching or speaking to a group is a plus.
• Both theoretical and practical knowledge of motorcycles and mopeds.
