What you do
- You build an ecosystem of Supply Chain & Logistics professionals and maintain long-term relationships.
- You conduct in-depth conversations at a senior level to understand candidates' intrinsic motivations and needs.
- You guide candidates through their uncertainties, openly and honestly.
- You contribute to building a community of Supply Chain and Logistics professionals who know and trust the organization.
- You attract new clients from a content perspective, understanding their world and needs.
- You maintain client relationships by actively following their business and providing relevant information.
- You guide the entire recruitment process from briefing to onboarding for profiles within Supply Chain and Logistics.
- You advise clients on market insights and recruitment strategy.
- You manage your pipeline, consistently follow up on actions, and deliver on your promises.
- You actively contribute to thinking about the organization's growth: commercial, content, and brand.

- Commercial instinct: you sense what a conversation needs and understand what someone truly wants.
- Operational awareness: you have a feel for how companies are structured and understand the difference between structure and culture.
- Long-term vision: you build reliable relationships that last for years.

- Experience in recruitment, sales, or a commercial role within Supply Chain or Logistics is required.
