Real Estate Agent Sales and Rental

• As a real estate agent, you are the director of your own files, from start to finish.
• The adventure begins with strong prospecting actions with which you schedule intake interviews with clients.
• With your thorough real estate expertise and commercial flair, you quickly expand your own portfolio.
• You prioritize close follow-up of prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, thus guaranteeing excellent service.
• In addition to conducting house visits, you are responsible for the administrative follow-up of your files and ensure that clients can always count on flawless and accurate administrative processing.
• You get a huge energy boost from closing a sale and seeing a happy customer.
• A strong team spirit ensures that you can always turn to your colleagues and manager.

What they ask

• Ideally, you hold a bachelor's degree in real estate, real estate & insurance, legal practice, or similar.
• You have at least one year of experience as a real estate sales agent.
• You excel through your smooth communication style and your infectious commercial drive.
• As a real estate agent, you quickly make new contacts and attach great importance to personal & sustainable customer guidance.
• Your perseverance and flexible attitude ensure that you can quickly respond to market needs and customer needs.
• You possess the organization's DNA: passion, professionalism, reliability, and commitment also flow through your blood!
• As the icing on the cake, you are willing to work on a self-employed basis.
• Your professional approach is reflected in your IPI number.
• Don't have an IPI number yet but do have experience in real estate sales? An IPI internship is also offered for this position!
