Bioprocess Engineer

A production site specializes in chemical synthesis, development, manufacturing, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.

What you will do. The main responsibilities of the Bioprocess Engineer are:

• Be accountable for overseeing process-oriented projects related to equipment and systems, integrating product, engineering, digitalization, and automation components.
• Address minor and major investigations across product, engineering, and automation domains.
• This dual-role position is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of major initiatives within a cutting-edge biomanufacturing facility.

• Execute process and equipment-oriented projects, integrating product, engineering, digitalization, and automation components.
• Facilitate comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and provide ongoing guidance to project teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Challenge existing proposals and solutions, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and optimization.
