You are a creative professional who follows social media trends and knows how to leverage them for a brand. You are eager to use your creativity within a team, with large shoots and your own influencer community.
What you will do.
- Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Develop schedules and publish content.
- At least twice a month, film and photograph new collections, jewelry, and in-store moments at retail partners.
- Be involved in campaigns from start to finish, including mood boards, models, styling, and clothing.
- Be the point of contact on shoot days and safeguard the look & feel.
- Ensure a recognizable and on-brand experience across all channels (social, campaigns, events, shops).
- Monitor the quality of product images and contribute to visual merchandising at retail partners.
- Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators, including selection, relationship management, and briefings.
- Manage the annual influencer budget.
- Create concepts and guest lists for influencer events (three times a year) and work with external agencies.
- Be the face of the brand at influencer events.
- Plan, organize, manage a budget, and direct others.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content, social media, or influencer marketing.
- Strong skills in filming, photographing, and editing content.
- Follows creators and trends and can translate them for a brand.
- Keen eye for visuals and brand identity, both online and in-store.
- Able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable in a social role and easily makes connections.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Adobe (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop) or CapCut is a plus.
