What you do
Guidance and support.
- Guiding residents with daily structure and practical matters.
- Identifying requests for help and referring them to appropriate agencies.
- Promoting self-reliance and participation in the community.
- Maintaining administration and reports in a registration system.
Supervision and liveability.
- Ensuring compliance with house rules and contributing to a safe and orderly living environment.
- Mediating conflicts and encouraging mutual cooperation among residents.
- Reporting special circumstances to the care coordinator and/or site manager.
Collaboration and networking.
- Collaborating with colleagues, volunteers, neighbors, and chain partners.
- Participating in meetings and contributing to the development of guidance plans.
What they ask
- Minimum of a relevant Mbo-level education, preferably in social work, community work, or a similar field.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably with vulnerable groups such as asylum seekers or refugees.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work in varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
