Planner

• You create schedules for teams and support services, taking into account strict deadlines (every four weeks).
• You consider irregular shifts and the 24/7 nature of the organization.
• You continuously liaise with various teams and departments to translate activities into plans.
• You anticipate unforeseen circumstances such as absenteeism and adhere to national legislation and internal agreements.
• You arrange the deployment of special units for events or schedule training time for new equipment.
• You remain calm and manage planning perfectly, even when unexpected bottlenecks arise.
• You advise, inform, and support colleagues responsible for capacity management to align workload demand and capacity.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall planning and management process.
• You collaborate closely with other planners within the unit and nationally.

• You communicate clearly about your work and the choices you make.
• You work diligently and proactively when preparing schedules.
• You easily retrieve information from various scheduling systems.
• You can respond well to changes and quickly switch between tasks.
• You are happy to provide colleagues with tips in line with national agreements and processes.

What they ask

• MBO 3 working and thinking level.
• Preferably experience as a personnel planner.
• Knowledge of ICT systems or willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.

• Selection interviews will take place on October 19 and 21.
• A reliability investigation is part of the selection procedure.
• The organization places great importance on diversity.
• An MBO 3 level diploma or equivalent via EVC is required, or demonstrable work experience at this level (minimum two years).
