The assignment involves bringing together relevant developments, policy frameworks, and implementation practices to analyze policy issues and translate them into concrete proposals for financial reporting and related processes.
What you do
- Inventory and analyze existing policy, agreements, processes, and relevant developments.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and consequences for the organization.
- Develop and update processes, tools, and reports.
- Draft notes, advice, and improvement proposals.
- Coordinate proposals with involved internal and external parties.
- Document and transfer handled issues, implementation proposals, and outstanding follow-up actions to financial and policy advisors.
- Inventory management information needs in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Develop a development plan for management information tooling, such as LIAS and Power BI, and coordinate its execution with relevant departments and users.
- Develop a working method for the periodic delivery of management information, aligned with the P&C calendar.
- Develop concepts for management information products, such as reports and dashboards.
- Coach and train financial advisors and the data team, enabling them to independently deliver and maintain management information products.

- Demonstrated university (WO) level of work and thinking.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with the implementation of LIAS software package within public organizations.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience with project management in improving the financial function and reporting within public organizations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a financial advisor within public organizations.
Preferences.
- Proven work experience as a project leader for developing, improving, and successfully implementing management information.
- Proven work experience with LIAS and/or PowerBI.
- Proven work experience as a financial advisor in public organizations.
