What you will do. Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the management and further development of the IT landscape. Your activities are broad and varied, operating at the intersection of technology, applications, and organizational support.
- Manage and optimize servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and network facilities.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Windows environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and continuity.
- Perform updates, backups, and technical improvements.
- Manage network components, firewalls, and security provisions.
- Functional and technical management of applications such as Microsoft 365, AFAS, and Competensys.
- Manage user accounts, authorizations, and access rights.
- Support users with questions and incidents.
- Manage system links and custom solutions.
- Implement changes and optimizations within applications.
- Implement technical security measures.
- Manage access security and monitoring.
- Identify security risks and improve measures.
- Contribute to the further development of information security and NIS2 compliance.
- Support colleagues with IT-related questions.
- Coordinate incidents and changes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, work instructions, and management processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers and monitor service quality.
- Participate in IT projects, implementations, and improvement trajectories.
Profile
You are an independent and curious IT professional who takes responsibility and easily switches between technology, applications, and users.
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably in IT.
- Experience as a system administrator, IT administrator, or application administrator.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Windows and Linux Server, and Windows 11.
- Experience with networks, firewalls, and security solutions.
- Affinity with information security and cybersecurity.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- A healthy dose of humor.
