For a team within a government organization, a quality advisor is sought to further strengthen the implementation of the Participation Act. You contribute to an implementation that is not only legally correct but also practically workable and in line with the philosophy of the Participation Act in Balance. The effects of decisions on residents, implementation, and team processes are explicitly taken into account.
You analyze work processes, identify improvement opportunities, implement improvement measures, and support employees in their daily work. Additionally, you support the team manager in the substantive and organizational steering of the team.
What you do
- Analyze work processes and identify bottlenecks, including those in Suite Sociaal Domein
- Make improvement proposals aimed at efficiency, effectiveness
- Monitor and improve the implementation of the Participation Act in the areas of livelihood support, file management, special assistance, and minimum income schemes
- Support the team manager with quality issues, process improvement, and substantive coordination
- Coach and support colleagues in the application of working methods, guidelines, and quality standards
- Perform file checks and translate findings into concrete improvement actions
- Initiate and guide projects aimed at process optimization, digitalization, and quality improvement
- Ensure a good connection between policy, implementation
- Contribute to a professional and learning team culture
- Guide employees through developments in attitude and behavior, and in substantive and legal working methods
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 7 years as a quality advisor
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 3 years within a government organization
- Agreement with the specified secondment conditions
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a quality advisor in the field of the Participation Act and income
- Demonstrable completed education in the direction of MWV, SJD or directly comparable
- Demonstrable knowledge and/or work experience with the implementation of the Participation Act
- Demonstrable knowledge and/or work experience with Suite for SD
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a quality advisor
