Test Manager Assisted Testing

Coordinate testing activities and guide a team of Test Analysts.

• Ensure quality, efficiency, and successful project delivery.
• Promote the use of AI to improve test planning, test case generation, and overall testing efficiency.
• Guide team members in the effective use of AI and share your expertise across the team.

What you will do.

• Coordinate testing activities across different projects.
• Define and oversee test strategies, plans, and execution.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage priorities, resources, deadlines, and testing risks.
• Follow up on test execution, defects, and delivery progress.
• Remain hands-on and support the team beyond reporting and coordination.

• Hands-on approach, with the ability to get involved in operational testing activities.
• Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience using AI in real testing activities and projects.
• Ability to translate AI knowledge into practical testing approaches and coach team members.
• ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher) is mandatory.
• Good command of English and at least one Belgian national language (French or Dutch); trilingualism is a strong advantage.
• Experience in test automation is a plus, but practical AI experience is the priority.
