- Combination of residential care and day activities.

What you do
- Guiding clients within a day activity center.
- Participating in the program of a residential facility.
- Offering activities such as walking, cycling, or bus rides through the area.
- Providing music activities, snoezelen, and other experience-oriented activities.
- Supporting clients with industrial work, puzzles, and other work-related activities.
- Encouraging clients to stay physically active, both individually and in groups.
- Responding to behavioral situations such as verbal or physical escalations.
- Performing certain care tasks.
Profile
- Possess a care-related MBO 4 diploma.
- Affinity with clients exhibiting challenging behavior.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to switch easily between different situations.
- Capable of providing structure without being rigid in approach.
- Possess patience, humor, and a sense of perspective.
- Is a proactive individual who sees opportunities and thinks creatively.
- Communicatively skilled and able to collaborate effectively.
- Possess good computer skills.
Practical
- Work in a close-knit and committed team.
- Intensive collaboration with fellow support workers, service coordinators, primary therapists, and relatives of clients.
- Varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
- Reference check as part of the procedure.
