Absenteeism Case Manager

You will work as an interim expert for various leading organizations, including profit and non-profit companies, occupational health services, and insurers.

  • Assignments typically last one to one and a half years.
  • You will guide dossiers, employees, and employers, coach management, and provide insight into risk and sanction dossiers.
  • You will fulfill an intermediary role to respectfully motivate employees and employers.

  • You monitor and guide the absenteeism process.
  • You take the lead at the dossier level and ensure progress.
  • You dare to confront people with the facts, from a place of connection.
  • You navigate within the laws and regulations regarding absenteeism.
  • You request and obtain thorough substantive feedback on reports, and do not settle for superficial answers.

Profile

  • You are an expert who understands every situation and person.
  • You are a good conversational and sparring partner for employers and absent employees.
  • You help all stakeholders move forward with conviction and connection.

What they ask

  • HBO or WO diploma, such as HRM or HEAO.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, for example as an Absenteeism Case Manager.
  • In possession of ROV and CROV diplomas.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and experience with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act).
  • A completed RCCM diploma is a plus.
