Functional Administrator

As a functional administrator, you work at the intersection of healthcare and IT.

• You ensure that healthcare professionals can rely on systems that support their daily work and that various healthcare parties can collaborate digitally effectively.
• You play an important role in the digital support of care processes that transcend organizational boundaries.
• You actively contribute to improving processes, realizing care transformation, and strengthening regional collaboration.
• You translate wishes from healthcare into appropriate solutions, support change trajectories, and contribute to the further development of digital collaboration within the region.

What you will do.

• Manage and optimize applications and digital processes that contribute to collaboration within the organization and with regional healthcare partners.
• Be a connecting link between healthcare professionals, IT, suppliers, and external organizations.
• Make an active contribution to the development of the Digital Hospital within a regional perspective.
• Participate in regional initiatives for chain collaboration.
• Support users and key-users in the use of applications and digital work processes.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, reports, and user questions, and ensure structural follow-up.
• Translate wishes and developments from healthcare practice into functional improvements of processes and systems.
• Guide changes, implementations, testing, and commissioning of new functionalities.
• Safeguard the quality, continuity, and security of information provision and data exchange.
• Actively identify opportunities for digitalization, standardization, automation, and process improvement.
• Work closely with colleagues from Functional Management, Information Management, Data & Analytics, Healthcare Logistics, IT, and Medical Technology.
