For an occupational health service, we are looking for an ANIOS (Assistant Doctor Occupational Health) who wants to develop within a field where health, work, and personal circumstances come together. As an ANIOS, you look beyond just the medical complaint. You discuss with employees what is happening, investigate the influence of their health on work, and think along about recovery, return to work, and prevention.
You will have extensive contact with various people and work closely with professionals from diverse disciplines.
What you do
- Conduct medical consultations and discussions with employees
- Map complaints, workload capacity, and their influence on work
- Guide reintegration and return to work
- Advise on employability and appropriate next steps
- Consult with employers and other involved professionals
- Signal risks of long-term absenteeism
- Contribute to thinking about prevention and sustainable employability
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Profile
You are a basic doctor curious about the relationship between health and work. Experience in occupational health is not necessary. Especially if you are not yet familiar with this field, you will have the opportunity to discover it in practice.
