An experienced Maintenance Manager is sought for an industrial production environment. The assignment focuses on structuring and professionalizing the maintenance organization.
What you do
- Optimize maintenance strategy and organization
- Set up and secure preventive maintenance
- Implement and optimize maintenance software
- Organize maintenance planning, work preparation
- Follow up on legal inspections, checks
- Monitor safety procedures, LOTOTO, and contractor management
- Lead and coach the maintenance team
- Improve reliability, failure rate, spare parts, and maintenance costs
- Coordinate with production, engineering, EHS, and external partners
What they ask
- Technical Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management
- Experience within an industrial production environment
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems
- Experience with shutdowns and technical interventions
- Knowledge of legal inspections and safety-critical installations
- Hands-on leader with strong organizational and communicative skills
- Very good knowledge of Dutch
