As a planner, you will have a challenging role within a healthcare organization. The main challenge is to make the right match between the care demand of clients and the expertise and availability of staff. You will be involved in medium and short-term staff planning. You will identify and tackle current bottlenecks. Plans and schedules are constantly changing, requiring regular adjustments and consultations with managers.

Profile
- Minimum MBO 4 level education (Dutch equivalent)
- Affinity with planning or a staff planner diploma
- Demonstrable experience with complex planning
- Familiarity with ONS Nedap is a plus
- High degree of attentiveness for accurate planning and correct schedule delivery
- A driver's license and own transport are desirable for flexible deployment
