- Lead engaged and expert teams dedicated to the physical and social living environment of the participating municipalities.
- Promote integral collaboration among teams within and outside the domains to provide sound advice to the board.
- Fulfill a coordinating role (with program coordinators) on content-related collaboration with various partner organizations.
- People-oriented leadership: creating a safe and inspiring work environment, bringing out the best in teams.
- Be responsible for operational management: programming, prioritization, planning, work processes, and resources.
- Build a team of professionals capable of adapting when the organization and environment demand it.
