What You Will Do.
- Develop the vision for the music center:
- You will develop a shared vision and translate it into a concrete multi-year plan.

- You will advise the board on the further development of the center.
- From practice, you will identify opportunities and needs within the local music scene. Together with policy officers, you will translate these into proposals for the further development of urban music policy.
- Build and direct the music network:
- You will connect musicians, organizers, associations, education, culture, and youth partners.
- You will build sustainable partnerships.
- You will organize consultations and stimulate collaboration within the music ecosystem.
- Develop and implement projects:
- You will organize activities and events and set up innovative projects that contribute to the center's objectives.
- You will create opportunities for talent development, creation, presentation, and interaction.
- You will encourage experimentation and respond flexibly to opportunities.
- Acquire external resources and strategic partnerships:
- You will identify subsidy opportunities.
- You will write or coordinate subsidy applications.
