Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you are the link between IT and the business.

You translate complex issues into smart, future-proof IT solutions that seamlessly connect to the existing environment.
You understand the organization's needs and how processes can be smarter and more efficient.
You design solutions that add real value in practice.
You play an important role in professionalizing the IT architecture.
You work closely with the Enterprise Architect, contributing to architectural principles, standards, and long-term choices.
You act as a sparring partner for both IT and the business.
You report to the IT Manager and work project-based on various topics, from replacement projects to optimizations and innovations.
You bring structure to complexity, oversee the whole, and dare to make choices.
You guide projects from idea to implementation, ensuring solutions are well-integrated technically and organizationally.

What you do

Design, realize, and monitor IT solutions.
Play a key role in digital transformation, including the setup of Microsoft 365, BI and AI platforms, integrations with AGF-specific software, and data-driven work.
Design and implement complex IT solutions and integrations.
Collaborate closely with functional application managers, developers, project managers, and external partners.
Ensure new solutions align with existing applications and infrastructure and contribute to a stable and secure IT environment.
Translate business requirements into concrete, feasible, and future-proof solutions that fit within the IT strategy and architectural frameworks.
Monitor the coherence, performance, and security of the IT landscape.
Conduct risk analyses and adjust where necessary.
Guide and coordinate testing processes and ensure solution quality.
Proactively advise on technological developments and business opportunities.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and further development of the IT team.

Strong analytical skills, easily switches between technology and business, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Affinity with the AGF sector, logistics, or chain processes is a plus.
HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) working and thinking level, preferably in IT or business administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with IT architecture, system integrations, and process design.
In-depth knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloud governance (landing zones, policies, RBAC).
Strong architectural skills in designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud and hybrid environments (high & low-level designs).
Knowledge of security and networking (e.g., identity & access, firewalling, monitoring, zero trust, and ISO/NEN basics).
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
Preferably relevant Microsoft certifications.
Experience with solution architectures within AI, BI, data, or cloud environments.
